Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent received after the 5th of each month will be assessed as per lease agreement unless otherwise arranged in writing with the manager. Any check returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $45 fee.

Move Out

Termination of tenancy prior to the end of the lease is subject to penalty. Termination of tenancy at the end of a lease period requires a written notice received by the manager 60 days prior to the scheduled move out. Please refer to the rules and regulation document as to specific move out instructions.

Common Areas

Residents should not leave personal items in common hallways. Items should be stored in apartment or designated storage areas. Owner of property not responsible for lost or stolen items left in common areas. Promptly remove trash in apartments, trash should not be kept in common areas. Check with manager for rules regarding grills on the property.

Renter's Insurance

Residents are responsible to provide insurance coverage for personal property kept in the apartment, storage area, vehicle or any area on property.
