General Information

• Cats allowed, no dogs
• Premises shall remain free of debris and garbage at all times
• Common areas shall at no time contain tenant’s personal property
• Management will maintain lawn and garden areas during summer
• Tenants responsible for maintaining safe walkways during winter.  Walks are required to be shoveled when 1″ or more snow accumulates
• Tenants responsible for maintaining personal renters insurance.  Management is not responsible for any personal items belonging to tenants.
