  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
  • What do I do if the power is out in the entire building?

    Go online to we-energies.com to check if a current outage is reported for the area. If no outage has been reported, please report the outage through their website and notify Scott.

  • Where do I park? (Off-street, city parking, guest parking)

    If off-street parking is part of your lease agreement, you must park in your designated space.


    If you wish to park on the street, you’ll need a night parking permit for city streets between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday. Visit the City of Milwaukee Parking Services online at City of Milwaukee Parking Permits for more information.

  • How do I communicate with Plinth Group when it’s not an emergency or maintenance need?

    For general communication, please email rental@plinthgroup.com.

  • What is the lease renewal/non-renewal process?

    Renewal documents are sent out approximately 90 days before lease end. A move out notice can be submitted when you receive your lease renewal documents.


    Yearly leases: You must provide at least 60 days notice prior to the end of your lease.


    Month-to-Month Leases: A 60-day notice is required to move out. Move outs are not permitted during November, December, January or February. 


    Occupancy begins at 12 noon on the first day of the month and ends at 12 noon on the last day of the month.
